I am Andrea Whitley RDN, CSP, LD. As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist I understand the struggle when it comes to the demands of daily meal planning to manage your health. I'm here to support.
I teach you how to connect the dots between eating habits and its effect on everyday life while still being able to enjoy foods they love and achieve optimal health. Ultimately this helps increase their energy, reduce bodily stress and inflammation and manage your weight. My goal is to help end the "yo-yo" dieting cycle and stop playing the guessing game through personalized meal planning.
With over 12 years experience as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Board Certified as a Specialist in Pediatric Nutrition, I have worked in some of the top teaching hospital centers in the nation. Currently, I am a Nutrition Instructor in Pediatrics at the F. Hebert School of Medicine at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences. As a former All-Star cheerleader athlete I dedicate myself to being a life learner and love to teach what I learn to others for better performance.
When I'm not working, I'm sleep, serving in ministry, loving life with my family and friends, caught up in a Netflix series or researching my next vacay.
