Everyday on your weight management journey is a step in the right direction. However what happens when the motivation wears off and it seems like nobody is cheering you on? When all the “lights and cameras” go off and you still have a goal to reach what carries you through?

For me I turn to encouraging scripture. This is where passion ends and faith begins. It takes more than motivation and a pep talk to reach your goal. There comes a time where you have to encourage yourself even in silence.
